During my role as marketing director, I spearheaded several cross-team, multi-channel campaigns. The most recent calendar-year-end campaign shared stories of life-change and resulted in $125k+ raised, exceeding fundraising goals by 350%.

I also built a clear, compelling social media strategy—effectively inspiring my small marketing team to grow the company’s Instagram audience by 148% in 2024.

I grew subscribers of a self-help blog by 150% to 50k. Management included social listening, building and maintaining a biweekly email calendar, recruiting guest writers, incorporating SEO best practices, and working with the social media manager to cross-promote our content.
